7:30 pm – 10:00 pm (doors open 7:00pm)
‘From Fear to Love: How tackling plastic pollution can change your life!’
Plastics are invading everywhere. They’re in the air we breathe, the water we drink, even the sea salt we sprinkle on our salads. But kicking the plastic habit can be difficult – and what about influencing our supermarkets and retailers, how can we do that?
Award-winning author, and environmental campaigner, Natalie Fee, will help us discover how. She’s inspired thousands through her own experience giving up single-use plastic, her campaigns and funny films.
Join us for an evening of
even the chance to make some serious plastic-free pledges.
“City to Sea’s campaigns are having a great impact here in the UK. Global plastic pollution is a serious threat to our seas and the wider environment and it’s fantastic to see a group of dedicated people tackling the issue and making real progress.” HUGH FEARNLEY-WHITTINGSTALL
I was deeply moved by City to Sea’s founder’s talk at TedXBristol last week…astounding to think what is going down our toilets everyday! this was just one example. Come on people…3P’s only! Pee Poo Paper! NATALIE SHERMAN

The latest film ‘Plastic-Free Periods?’ Is flying over on Facebook with 1.4 MILLION views in a week! With no signs of slowing down, we’re over the moon to be getting the word out about plastic in menstrual products, whilst also letting people know not to flush them.
Another recent video about the reality of wet wipe plastic pollution. Littering from flushed wipes is on the rise – last year the Marine Conservation Society recorded over 14 wet wipes were found per 100 metres of coastline, a rise of 700% over the last decade. And in April this year, over 4,500 wet wipes were found on one 154m sq patch of foreshore.
Supporting City to Sea is one of the best things that you can do to help protect our seas, rivers and marine life from plastic pollution. We’re pro-water, pro-life and pro-active – we focus on solutions that stop plastic from reaching our waterways.
